custody

My question is how do i find out if i am the only one that has full custody of my child

Although the prior attorney answer is correct. It is my impression your question goes to your feeling that you lack sufficient "documentary" proof that you have custody of your child.

Thus, it may be advisable for you to Petition a Court, of competent jurisdiction, for a judgment and order of exclusive custody. The Court will require proofs and possibly an inquiry, due issues you may raise concerning paternity, custody, residence, and so forth.

If you have full custody, then only you can have full custody. If you have joint custody then custody would be shared.

To determine what you have, look at the judgment of divorce.
