Custody Question

"I was granted custody of my son 2 years ago. My husband (for we are not legally divorced yet) has recently gone back to Family Court to partition for Custody. In addition, when custody was granted to me, I also had an Order of Protection againnst my husband which has expired as of Jan. 1999. My husband was granted visitation every weekend (Sat. to Mon) which also included alternative holidays and 2 weeks summer vacation. He has kept up that part of the bargan. In addition, he was order by the courts to pay child support which he has. My question is - How likley is it that my huband will obtain custody of our son?"
