Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My boy friend and I moved to Atlanta last year this time. After being there a month I found out that I was I was having his baby, Well Buy the 6th month he left and moved out of state and turn his phone off, so I couldn't reach him. I had a bad 9 month in anvd out of the hospital all by myself. When i had the baby in march, Someone got in touch with him and he came to see her and sign the bc. But he said that he was back with his girlfriend of 5 years, So that the baby was going to be raised with his family in Africa. Because it's better for her to be raised with to people. I'am afraid that if I go to court for child support the judge will give him visitation And I will never see here again. Please what can I do?

Get to a lawyer right away. You have a difficult matter. You need to have support but you also have to be sure that based on that statement that all visits be supervised and that he be forbidden to apply for a passport for the child.
