My boyfriend and I moved to Atlanta this time last year. We were there a month when I found out i was having his baby. By the third month he broke up with me. By the 6th month he just left and moved back to new York and turned his phone off, I couldn't reach him. I had the worst 9 month of my life. I was in and out the hospital the whole time. Then I had the the baby and someone got in touch with him and he came to see her in Atlanta. He had all so signed the B.C. I went to the doctor two days after i left the hospital, My mom and I took the baby to the doctor were I found out the my baby has VSD a heart defect I was so uipset to say the least. I then call him, I mean he is th father and told him that she need to see a specialist, if he could fly dowm to go with me. He said that che was back with his ex girlfriend and that he had no time. A week later I went to New york for easter. I called him and told him that he could come over and see his baby, He came but wanted to take her home with him. she was 3 weeks old and he said that he had right to and that he wants the baby to be raised by his parents in Africa and that she was going, I'm a afraid, how can I protect her? please

Every parent as a right to "reasonable" visitation with their child. If there are concerns about him absconding with the child you need to make that clear to the court. It is no longer simple to take a child out of the country without both parents' permission or court intervention.
