my husband and i are ''legally sep'' no judge signed it my husband owes me $8300 in c.s. he wants to see our 4 kids in my house all the time. we was trying to fix our problems well i was he got a girlfriend... anyway my kids dont want to go to his house they dont want to be near her they dont like her at all. and there ia alot of drinking theres 4 adults in the house when i say lots of trinking i mean like collage party drinking. i'm not letting him in my house tired of the games and stuff he doesnt treat me that good . is there any way i can get the cs threw the court i cant afford $1200 to get it legalized and i want to change the visitation i dont want him in my house 3-4 nights a week is there anything i can do or am i going to live in hell 4ever. hes controlling everything now wants to take kids away cause i wont let him im my house. he wont let me move on. do anything what can i do??

Your situation is difficult but not hopeless. You can go to family court and file for a modification of hte visitation agreement or for a new visitation order. You should consult an attorney to assist you. You can also go to family court to file a child support order or go to civil court to enforce your separation agreement as a contract.

For all of these actions you may want an attorney to assist you since this is going to take some explaining to the court as to the procedure of the action.
