Legal Question in Family Law in New York

The court papers state that the father gets to have the child everyother weekend and certain holidays. They do not specifically say that the father is the only one who can pick him up and drop him off but do I have to let my child go with someone else who is supposed to be picking him up on the fathers weeked?

If the Order does not specify that then unless you have a problem with who he sends to pick up and drop off you can not withhold visits because of that. If you have concerns you must go back to court to get the Order modified.
