Custody?

Hi I was wondering ,I just split up with my girlfriend of 6 years and we are in a custody battle she had tried to eat some pills a couple years back and commit suicide and she has bogusly acused me of domestic violence,because she had attempted suicide before do you think I will get custody granted?

Custody is decided by the court using the standard of what is in the best interests of the child.
