date divorce is final

whaen you file for a uncontested divorce,

what will be the date the divorce is final if the other party never responds ?

The date of final divorce is the date that it is filed with the county clerk not the date signed by Judge.

FYI, you need to wait 40 days AFTER the day that your spouse was required to Answer before you can submit papers to clerk
