Can my ex take my daughter to Florida if we have joint custody and I am the ultimate decision maker if I object?
My ex gets two non consecutive
weeks in the summer. If he is working and I am off does he still
get them?

You really should think about what is in the best interest of your children and check your animosity toward your ex-spouse at the door. If it benefits and is in the best interest of your daughter to go to Florida, you should modify your arrangement with your ex to accomodate the child.
