my daughter hates going to her fathers house
My daughter is 15 years old and has been disapointed by her father so much that she gives me a hard time anytime his weekend comes. At what age do i have to stop fighting with her and tell her she doesnt have to go

The legal answer is 18. The moral answer is never.
I would sit and have a talk with the daughter. I would comment that she has a legitimate reason to be angry with a father that constantly disappoints her. However, the daughter must understand that she has only one father and that it is important for her to know her father.
I would also try to have a family meeting with the father and child to attempt to flush out the issues. Maybe the father can see that his continued actions will have a detrimental affect on the child.
