my daughter moved to rome new york with my estranged wife at the age of 19, is now 20, pregnant and living back in plattsburgh ny (different counties), she co signed a lease with her mother and electrical bill was in her name. do i still have to pay child support?

Child support does not terminate unless a court orders it or in a stipulation of settlement there it a termination clause. You should go to Family Court and file a petition for a modification of child support based upon a change in circumstances. I would consult with an attorney.
