Re: can she take my daughter

It depends on the nature of your divorce agreement and whether or not you have reaonable grounds to believe your ex is attempting to flee the country. Has she given any indication to you that that is her intention? Has she acted in a way that has aroused suspicion in the past? Or as she adhered to the divorce agreement to date?

Should you like to discuss this or any other legal matter, you can call my office to schedule an appointment for a consultation or in the alternative, I can be reached for on-phone low-cost legal consultation at 1-800-275-5336 x0233699.

Re: can she take my daughter

You can go to court to stop her!! If you think that the child's mother will not come back to the United States, then you must go to court immediately!! A judge can order the mother not to take the child out of the country. Our office handles these types of cases. If you wish to have an appointment for a consultation, you can call our office at (212) 267-7000
