Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My daughters father has visitation every other weekend. The arrangement is for him to pick my daughter up on friday, and for me to pick her up from him on sunday. I'm currently pregnant, and when my child is born i don't want to have to drag my newborn back and forth. Would the judge change the visitation to him having to pick up and drop off. I would also like to file for full custody.

The judge has discretion to change the point of pick up and drop off.

You didn't state why you want full custody. Therefore, there is no way to give you information about your second question.
