Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My daughter's picture is being used as an advertisement on a photographer's website on facebook.

The problem is the photographer is my daughter's father girlfriend.I never gave them permission to profit or use my daughter's picture.We have joint custody but i have physical custody.He never informed me about this or his girlfriend.I feel I am due financial compensation even if she removes it.Please let me know what to do.

Unfortunately you share legal custody. He has every right to photos of her as you do. Sorry, I know this isn't the answer you were looking for.
