debt relief
If a husband leaves a wife with 2 children and the wife needs to put basic necessities such as food & clothing on credit card just to live and then cannot pay can the wife's debt be transferred legally to the husband and free her of this burden?

You cannot force a creditor to transfer the debt to another debtor. A debt may be transferred only upon permission from the creditor. Of course, the husband may agree to pay the debt.
