Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I am in desparate need of a Attorney to help clean up child support OWED to me along with 7 years of unpaid medical, school and other misc. expenses. Im in Columbia County NY !!! Pay will be from The EX, she has MULTIPLE violations and has a steady job with a school district for 10 plus years. Her income is over 60k a year.
