Legal Question in Family Law in New York
Deviating from child support guidelines
NY Family court deviated from child support guidelines in its final order for child support. Can I file an objection to that order if I disagree with the reasons the court used to deviate?

You may be able to make a motion to reargue, and/or you may appeal.
