Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Dismissed court paper

How am I able to obtain a copy of court paper showing that a case was dismissed after an arrest and the person went to court. This is for immigration purpose.

You may go to the clerk of the court where your case was heard and show your I'D, ask for a letter of disposition on your case, pay ten dollars, and you're done... proof for immigration. good luck. if you need any further, or future, assistance feel free to contact my office at 2127098303

You can go to the court clerk's office and obtain a Certificate of Disposition. I believe it costs about $10.
