if a case in child support or family court is ''dismissed w/ prejudice'', is there a time limit as to when i can file for that issue again or is it permanent? is there anyway I can reopen that case?

Re: Dismissed w/prejudice
You need to have an attorney review the petition and order of dismissal to determine its breadth and legality. Generally, such an order would properly bar the filing of a new petition for the same relief on the basis of the same allegations of fact.
