Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Dissolving a Domestic Partnership

I seperated from a same-sex registered domestic partner two years ago, with a legal seperation agreement (seperating property etc.) Do I need to file paperwork with NYC, or NYS to officially disolve the partnership? If so...how?

You can file a termination statement in the city clerk's office where you registered. There is a small fee. Call my office if you need additional information.
