Dividing Inheritance Money
My wife inherited a lot of money at her mother's death. Do I have access to any of that money if we divorce in New York state?

Re: Dividing Inheritance Money
Under the Domestic Relations Law in New York, one party's inheritance is not considered part of the marital estate, and thus is not divided in a divorce.
