Division of Property

In the state of new york I moved out of my home a few years ago my wife is still residing there, when our home is sold am I entitled to half of what the home is worth now or back when I moved out?

If the deed is in joint name, then she cannot sell the house without your consent. When it is sold, you would receive half of the net proceeds.

If there is a Judgment of Divorce, then the terms of the Judgment would control.
