If your marriage is over - you live in the basement, and she lives in the bedroom- you should seriously consider employing a divorce lawyer to help you.
You may be entitled to a significant portion of the house proceeds, and she may be responsible for payment of her portion of the credit card bills that were incurred during the marriage.
The longer you waite the worse it becomes. Remember you are paying all of her bills and even property which does not belong to you. Why should she want a divorce? She has everything and you are paying for it.
