Legal Question in Family Law in New York

in my divorce agreement it states that my ex will pay the utilities and carrying costs on our jointly owned house. (it is for sale but has not sold). I went to get a car loan and found out the house is in arrears 8 k since April she has not paid. Do i have any recourse?

Move in court for contempt or breach. You can have her share of the proceeds reduced but you might have to pay until the sale to protect your credit rating.
