Divorce No attorney lost husbands pension

I was divorced in 1992 I did not have an attorney I signed the divorce papers in my ex husbands attorney's office I found out years later they had excluded me from recieving any of his pension I remarried in 2004 he just remarried Can i try for his pension

Unfortunately, you may have waived your interest. You already signed the papers more than 15 years ago. When you found out that he had a pension you should have made an application to vacate the judgment based on that.

You probably have no recourse due to the time lapse. You are a prime example of the adage that "a person who represents themself has a fool for a client".This was a bad paraphrase but nevertheless true in this instance.
