I am us citizen ,my wife with a green card since 04/2008 we are married (in morocco) since 11/2005 and we had a little boy

now she wants divorce and she wants to move to canada

what i need to do to keep my boy here in usa?

And can i take that green card from here or not?

1. You can not "take" the green card.

2. Custody and parenting of the child would be the subject of either a negotiated settlement or a trial in court.

You have a very serious situation. I would get an experienced divorce attorney who would fight to keep your boy in the USA. I would not advise you to take her green card. You could get in trouble for that. Instead, I would obtain an attorney as soon as possible.
