Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Divorce Decree and baby sitting fees

I have a divorce decree signed by a supreme court judge. It clearly states my ex husband is ordered to pay $125.00 per week towards my babysitting costs per week. When my husband had the children for a week vacation this summer he took it upon himself to deduct this amount from me because he does not want to pay the babysitter if he has the children. He also cut me short when I was home for three days vacation. The babysitter gets paid regardless when I am home for major holidays and she gets two weeks summer vacation. How can I hold him accountable for the agreement? Should I take him back to family court or is this an issue that needs to be handled in supreme court again? If I don't act on it he will continue to cut my money every time I am home for a major holiday.

Together with child support, maintenance, custody and visitation issues, NY Family Court has jurisdiction over an order directing a spouse to pay daycare.
