Divorce decree violation

In my divorce decree, it states that my ex-husband must pay half of all daycare expenses. He owes 168.00 a week and is 2200 behind. My attorney is requesting and additional retainer for these services. What action can I take?

Go to family court and request a petition to enforce a judgment of another court (Supreme) and appear pro se (representing yourself).
