Divorce Degree

In my divorce case everything is agreed and signed by both parties. later my attorney recieved the transcript from the court prepared the paperwork submitted to my ex's attorney, he too signed and then submitted to the court about 2 months ago. still i didnt recieved my divorce cert from court. how long it will take for me to recieve my divorce cert from court. can i enquire someone in court regarding this

The amount of time a court takes to process paperwork generally depends upon two things:

1) the number of cases in the backlog the court has,

2) whether the divorce was contested or not.

Yours seems to have been a contested case...so the question remaining is the county in which it was filed.

Bottom line: eight weeks, particularly over the holidays, is not unexpected in some counties.
