I divorced my husband without his knowledge. He was given the papers after the fact and he never knew about the uncontested divorce. He said he never would have agreed if he knew, since this occurred he has since married. Is his marriage legal or he still legally married to me?

If he did not bring an action to open the uncontested divorce and the court awarded a judgment of divorce, then the divorce should be valid and his current divorce is therefore valid.
