divorce forms and child
downloadable forms to file for divorce offer a category for with child UNDER 21 or a category for with child OVER 21. i currently have a child who is 20 but will be 21 in 9 months. what category do i use.

Legal documents should always be completed to reflect the facts existing at the date of signing.
However, suggest that you include all of your children with their names & date of births, who relie upon you for support, notwithstanding, whether they are or soon will be over the age of 21.
Please note, that an existing Court Order requiring you to pay college costs and expenses, for an over 21 year old child, is a factor the Court may consider for purposes of determining current support or maintenance, per your pending count proceeding.
