Legal Question in Family Law in New York

We are going through a divorce. I still own house but wife has taken over master bedroom. I will be moving out in 2 weeks can I gain access to master bedroom to get my belongings out.

Unless there is a "full" or "stay away" order of protection the entire house is still marital property. However, whether it creates discord within the home is another story though.
