My husband and i are filing for a divorce . we both live in the newyork state . I have full custody of our child . the court ordered child support and i want to relocate . he claims the only way he will let me relocate is if i drop the child support payment . what can i do ?

His demand is absurd.

But, what you should do about it depends upon the terms of your settlement or the existing court orders.
