i want to get a divorce me and my husband been married for a month and don have money for lawer and we do need one what do we do

Many lawyers - including me - take a flat fee for an uncontested divorce. However, if you and your husband have absolutely no money, you can contact the local bar association to see if a pro bono attorney (free of charge) is available.
