i am about to get a divorce and my husband just won a court case and recevied $100,000 am i intitled to any of that in the divorce?

It depends on the reason why your husband won the money. If the money was awarded for a personal injury action, you would not be entitled to the money. If the money was awarded for a breach of contract action - or something similar - the money would be marital subject to equitable distribution.
