i want to divorce my incarceratedhusband

my husband is incarcerated and i wantto get a divorce. can Iget a divorce without him signing the papers? i don't think he will sign. he ws locked up 9 monthsafter we were married.it is now 1 year later. i want outof this marriage. what do I do?

You can get a divorce without him signing as long as he is personally served. However, you do need grounds and incarceration for only 1 year is not grounds.
