divorce and ira and cds

Hi I filed for divorce and I have certificate of deposits and ira that my father gave me money for, are these considered equitable distribution? also the house is in my husbands name but the mortgage and home equity is in both are names

he tried to refiance and the bank turned him down

what happens now ?I also have a savings acocunt my name only that the money was given to me from my father it was a gift I have the canceled check for this money from 2004 , does this money get spilt between the 2 of us or is it safe to say this is mine?

In general, gifts from third parties are separate property.
