Divorce Law question

If you have been separated for over 7 years-not a legal/paper separation, and you have a signed document from one spouse that states he will not contest a divorce. How long would the divorce take and does he need to sign the divorce document.

An uncontested divorce will go quicker if the other spouse signs off on the papers and waives any mandated waiting period.

The time period depends on the back log of the court. I can usually receive a judgment within 3-6 weeks.
