Is my marraige considered dissolved after my wife walked out of my lif e 14 years ago

You can dissolve the marriage on the grounds of abandonment. Do you know where your wife is? You must be able to serve the summons and complaint upon her directly or by publication, which can be costly.You may contact my office for more information.

You might use this as grounds for divorce, however, the marriage will be consider dissolved only after you obtain a judgment of divorce from the appropriate Court. You can contact my firm if need an assistance with that.
