I'm currently married for the past 3 years and after 2 months of marriage my spouse up and left and I haven't seen him since. He's not hurt, I dont know his whereabouts but I wanted to know how to go about getting a divorce from him? and how to know if he hasn't already divorced me?

Re: Divorce
Even though you don't know where your spouse resides, you can still divorce him through a procedure known as "divorce by publication." However, it costs much more than a typical uncontested divorce. Contact me for details.
Re: Divorce
Obviously you have to find your husband. I would start by contacting family, mutual friends, etc. If that does not work, for a reasonable fee a private investigator may attempt to locate your husband electronically through his last known address or social security number. If that does not work, you still have the right to divorce on the grounds of abandonment. However, you would have to file a motion requesting an alternate method of service (delivering the summons and complaint). That would be publication.
To answer your second question, you can try placing your name in www.e-law.com.
