I have been married for 14 years and am going thru divorce i am a homemaker for the last 14 years and my husband never put my name on the deed to the property am i still entitled to half or a fair amount we also have a 13 year old daughter

Record title (the name on the deed) does not determine whether and to what extent you are entitled to the home or its value. Property acquired during the marriage is generally marital property subject to equitable distribution according to a variety of factors. Consult with an attorney with additional details in order to find out what you're likely entitled to.
