I am in the middle of a nasty divorce mu husband is claiming he has a lot of proof on adultery on me and if i dont agree to what he wants he claims he will fight and win custody of the kids, my lawyer claims no but now im starting to doubt how good my laywer is can u help

Your lawyer is right. although, adultery is grounds or divorce, it is will not be the primary reason for change of custody or establishing custody. the standard is best interests of the child and only that will determine the custody of the children if there is no agreement between the parents.
