Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Divorce Help Needed

My wife and I have been married for 16 years. We have 3 kids aged 14, 6 and 5 years old. My wife does not work. She asked me to move out, and I am staying in a hotel. I cannot afford an attorney, but she is being vindictive and will not let me into the house to get my things. I do not know how to proceed to set up equitable support, etc that is fair but will allow me to still have a life. Please help.

Thank You

Don't be "Pence Wise, Pound Foolish"

Immediately, consult with an attorney, as indicated by the prior attorney reply.

Good luck,
