Divorce Not Over-Baby on the way

My divorce is stretching out longer than I expected. I started dating a man and now I am pregnant. Could I face serious consiquences reguarding marital property if this does not get resolved soon? My lawyer is apparently taking his time with me. And does not return my phone calls. Please help. I need some answers. Filing date was back in Jan.
