Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Divorce papers

hi my brother is incarcerared in a upstate facility, he has served his wife with divorce papers which she has agreed to sign, but when he served her she signed it and returned it but without her SS# to our understanding that is needed correct? If it is how can we go about getting that if she does not want to give it to us or can we still sumbit the paperwork to the courts without it? PLEASE HELP! THANK YOU

You can submit without it and the court will have to force her to provided.

You do not need her SSN to proceed.
