Divorce papers
I was divorced over 20 years and now
my x-husband wishes to remarry. Does
he need those divorce papers? and if
yes, how do I get copies as I don't have
them any longer?

The divorce papers are not needed by either party to enter into a new marriage, but there may be other reasons why someone would want to see them. You can go to the court in the county where the divorce judgment was entered to get a copy.
