Cooperation of the other party is not necessary, assuming the grounds exist for a divorce. You should contact a qualified matrimonial attorney in your area.

You can file for a contested divorce.
Some of the reasons that you can list as your grounds for divorce are:
Abandonment, Adultery, Mental Cruelty, Incarceration, or Living separate and apart pursuant to a separation agreement.
