is there a loop hole or any way for a spouse to be mandated when served,who's dragging out a case wants everything for their own while the defendant is suffering from health, emotional distress, brink of bankruptcy,and legally not able to work . Can the court make an emergency judgement base on individual's needs. defndant was forced to file for a divorce due to adultery and cruel and inhumane treatment
