Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Divorce

I am seperated from my husband. We have one child. My huband cannot hold a job. He has been arrested on a number of charges. EX.DWI, Marijuana. I dont have money for an attorney. I pay rent, pay child care and a car payment Just want out of this bad marriage. He does not give me money. I am tapped. I am in charge of a social work department on Long Island. I dont get paid that well to support a place, day care and a car payment. Please help!!
