Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Divorce Settlement

My divorce has been final for 4 years and my ex wife is grumbling lately about not being treated fairly and claims that she has an attorney who will go after me for more settlement money. Is this possible?

Re: Divorce Settlement

It is possible to vacate a Divorce agreement. However, to vacate the agreement one must prove fraud, undue influence or lack of capacity to sign the agreement.

Just because an individual was not treated "fairly" or made poor decision is not grounds to vacate an agreement.
